To be honest I wish I had bought a BSA super 10. It look's pretty cool but I'm not keen on the plastic, far to much of it. I've been shooting since I was 13 - started with an HW35,and this was my first precharged gun. It's super quiet with the extra large silencer and very easy to reload without moving but it could do with a pad on the end of the stock as it's flat were it sits in your shoulder.

Have you had any problems with leaks on the Logun?

Further to my original post, how do you find out if there's a gun club you can target shoot at, nearby?

I have been shooting rabbits, crows etc since I was about 13. I caught a mole in a trap the other week and all I wanted to do was cuddle it...even take it in as a pet. They are very cute little things.

I ended up just going a very long walk and letting it go in the hills.

Nice harrier i was looking at getting one of them, but i cant seem to find one for love nor money anywhere! I use an AA S200, nice little and accurate gun, witht he 10shot mag.

ive found air arms to be brilliant, and spot on when you use AA pellets through them as well. I refill with a hand pump, used it for 6 years now and its still going strong, as is the gun!

both calibres have their own merits. A .22 pellet is better for ground quarry such as rabbits as it packs a bigger punch and takes most of a rat away, .177 for birds and grey squirrels. "light for a feather and heavy on fur" as my grandad says!

the trajectory issue isnt, you just need to know the gun, and get used to where it shoots at different ranges as it wont always be on target. mil dot scopes help with this. but you cant beat the hold-over/under method... thats skill!

hope it helps, Shane
