easy job mate, all you need is some tiger seal and rivets, i put 3 rivets in each side (wheel arch) to secure the sides and then Tiger Sealed the middle. spot on

half hours work

I completely agree with that I've had my set up for nearly 4 years without problems. One thing to realise though is even though it says -50mm on the box in reality it dropped mine around 35mm as the measurement must be taken from a different spring rate than the turbo to start, it may be a higher base model spring.

Cheers, to be honest I haven't used anything special as yet. Always washed with the two bucket method and leathered off. Polished with Auotglym once every couple of months/6 weeks. Lots of elbow grease and attention to detail.... yes I am a perfectionist sadly

Oh and she doesn't go out on salty roads, that helps a lot.
