I until now have kept my silence but I am really incensed by the 'victim' culture that seems to be promoted by a certain member of CSC, I believe you know who you are...
How can anyone class what has been said as abusing another member when the phrase 'I see our Link never got updated as promised by MR BIAS
' has been used by WR1JLD?
To be honest if I were the moderator and somebody used that phrase in relation to myself I would be taking steps to get them banned. The smilies used at the end of the quotation that I have used were not meant to be taken as a joke they were meant to be taken literally and to cause offense.
Virtually every time I see a post by WR1JLD it appears to be an encitement, at the end of day if you WR1JLD do not like the Wales Forum on Scoobynet.com please go somewhere else and stop ruining the forum for the rest of us! If you have a problem why not resolve it via PM rather than insult the moderator in a public forum.
ps I have no doubt that I will now get slated by CSC members but this is a public forum as WR1JLD states and I am entitled to my opinion as well, and please note that I have not insulted anyone either perhaps a lesson you might like to learn.

I made a comment, it was out of order, I was infracted, I desrved it, and I put my hands up an apologised both in PM and publically, a little while back I was abused by two seperate people in a thread..but the thread was edited to remove the comments and no action was taken against the persons involved..and now it's happening again to another member of SN...forget the club thing...members are abusing fellow SN members...that's why I have a bee in my bonnet about it......
There was a sticky at the stop warning about the consequences of abusing fellow members but that has also gone now....

Lets be fair Simon You should not be moderating on a section where you have a conflict of interest.
In my opinion (assuming i am allowed one on here) you are a great club member for SWS but unfortunately for the other club in south Wales that is where your loyalties are.
I have not got anything against your moderating skills but when you have a "South Wales Scoobys Active Supporter" badge under you userername and Mod status, what does that say.
I notice that puff does not have a Active supporter badge.
If an Irish ref came out with "I Love Dublin" on the back of his shirt for the Wales V Ireland game, i would be a bit concerned that he would not be as neutral as he should be and that is just how i feel when you are a mod on this section.

Just so everyone knows what the request was I will explain, I made the regional thread, I then linked each seperate meet thread to the regional thread and was prepared to update that on a monthly basis, that is not what you wanted you simply wanted the statement that you meet on the first Sunday of each month etc on it... so after complaints I changed it to what you wanted, now your having a dig at me for doing something that you wanted ? your having a dig at me for doing something you asked for ? I'm baffled completely and utterly baffled.
I would just like to add that I do not want this thread turned into another large arguement for it then to be deleted, this is a dig at me and me alone and I would prefer it to stay for all members of this board to read.

Kevs right i think if any one has a problem with sss being a mod i think they should remember we all asked sss to go for mod he is the best possible person for the job this country is run on an election process weather it works for you or not you hve to learn to live with it.it is a democratic sociaty (spelling) that we live in and thats the way it will stay.what your doing is bullying and as ive told you before i hate bullys sss is a mod like it or lump it.

i am stating the truth i was angry to see that i had the infraction for a pic when people was getting abused on here and nothing happens
as kev was a sidc r/o and sidc had screwed up with tickets is that not part of his role as sidc r/o . i have no issues but i hate bullys too when some comments hurt people when others dont think what they are saying before they say it

1.sws banner was paid for hence generating profit towards the forum

This is pathetic!!, I have known SSS for years and actually introduced him to Scoobynet, this is going back 8 years now, he has since frequented this forum and contributed and received valuable information to help in your usual scooby problems (give and take).
He will help anyone in anyway he can, put himself out and is one of the most impartial people I know.
These are some of the reasons and attributes of why he is a moderator, I wish some would look past the end of their nose and realise being round for 5 mins and owning a scooby are not the only qualifications you need.
As for kev being a SIDC regional organiser, it aint a full time job, He does not benefit from it financially and does it out of passion for Scoobs....so if stuff goes wrong by the fault of somthing out of his hands, you can only do so much. Don't shoot the messenger!!

the only fair way to get peace in the "welsh section" is to have a moderator
thats not an active member of any other welsh club lets be honest people. there as been abuse off both sides but i bet you csc members have been infracted and banned
who as been infracted and banned from sws lets get a moderator from across the pound
