From my personal experience I certainly would not use Chandlers at Horncastle.
I had a recent experience where I needed to replace the transmission oil pan sump plug and quote "we don't know what that is". They put me through to the guy who actually services this type of car and the reply "don't know what you're talkng about"

So does this mean they don't ever drain the transmission when doing the service? I'll let you decide, but it certainly set the alarm bells ringing.

No disrespect to Chandlers Horncastle but iIMHO I simply don't think they know enough or service enough of this type of car.

Not heard of Carnetix before, they specialist Scooby centre?

 

yes. they are saab and subaru specialists..

They got 2 people working there and between them, i believe they have around 40 years in the motor trade..
