Boost is about right at the top end. You won't get mega bigh boost unless you unrestrict the inlet and fit a decent induction kit with bigger MAF pipe. Personally I would not bother as this causes surge issues on the twinscroll.

Faulty NPS can causes problems with the AVCS, and the AVCS can come in and out. It may be causing the issue you see. Simple fix, which requires the top of the switch to be filed away to ensure the nipple is proud and actually switches. Common fault as mine needed fixing. As said, easy for a tuner to spot with delta dash etc.

K, not convinced they're close to being accurate, my increment times in DeltaDash with around 285/323 @ wheels are as good/slightly quicker than those, again run in 4th on a flat road.

Thanks Shaun; Bluenose;RC White

I will get the NPS looked at, just as I like things to be perfect with the car but other than that Im not too bothered about chasing the last 20 bhp. Ultimately a 350/405 Spec C is more than I can handle, Id rather spend that money on some driver training, as my good friend MadisonMonkey is always saying!!

ps Actuator Spring is the Forge Blue one, which is one from the top. I dont think the stronger red spring would have made any difference with the small VF36 turbo anyway.
