Ali - where's that then? Looks amazing.
Stunning views from here too but no mountains - just a river estuary, some boats and not a single other house in view, wherever you look from (unless you climb a tree!)

Thankfully the recession has put a stop to the nearby golf course proposals But the recent illumination of part of the motorway has ruined the pitch black sky at night (yes, there is a motorway in those shots).

Had similar here - a thin strip of land (3/4 of an acre) was for sale in front of us but the sale fell through. Would have been a few houses built in the way. Thankfully there's been no further interest.
It was up for £600k without planning permission (but a strong indication that it would get it from the planners)!!
