Well I lightened my car this morning by hoovering 3 gramms of dust out of the carpet 
Ian I dont touch tesco own brandas for getting up in the morning no problem as long as I have a belly full of food the night before

TBH the longer I keep it warm, the less bad it's feeling, after two days and nights without sleep it's not the pain, it's staying awake....
