If you have his details look at small claims court. Its made for stuff like this. If nothing else it will get him a CCJ and mess his credit rating.

I am sure Razi will be along to put his side of the story, if hee sees fit not to then that can only really leave one conclusion...
I am sure that someone who has Islam as part of ther username will want to clear this up and is honest and respectful.

Im still waiting, like i have been a month now for my money.
I dont think its got anything to do with the name. Its just the person. A good seller would give a full refund if something you bought off them was bodged together and broke within 5 mins. He should never have sold me this in the first place then none of this would happened.
Now he ignores me which shows that he would rather keep my money and do a runner!Like i said he's had about a month to cough up and refund but he hasnt. . .
He's just ignored me!!

Sorry to hear that mate, that sucks.
I just bought a HKS SSQV direct from HKS and the fins in mine look different than the ones in yours, all 3 fins come out to a point, if that makes any sense, like a tripod is prob best way of describing it.

I'd recommend you file a claim with the small claims court. I had something very similar with an item I purchased from another car forum. The item arrived and was, like your BOV, broken.
After a month of being ignored by the seller, I filed a claim and it all got sorted very quickly.
I'd recommend you read the relevant info on the attached link and make a claim against your seller.
