Sam & I could be up for this. We may even be up for the 20miler too
We rode from my place in Thorpe Bay to the Peter Boat in Old Leigh and back yesterday. Not sure how many miles but we both really enjoyed it.

Time permitting I'm going to try and fit in 3 rides a week. I think it will help my achilles recovery and if I'm honest it's time I burnt some of that lard off

Paul, as long as it's dry the perimeter tracks are easily do-able on most bikes, and a good place to gently rack up the miles, some climbs to get the blood pumping, but not to bursting point!
After years of riding motorbikes, I hate being at the mercy car drivers, most have no idea how inconsiderate and potentially dangerous their driving is, hence why I prefer to keep off road.

I've just seen this thread, I guess that'#s the price for disappearing for so long.

I might do this as a warm up for my 135 mile trip in June.

Count me in.
