so guys what you think of the ra and back box. Be honest so I can make any changes. I'm going for the Prodrive 555 group a look by the way. Nice meeting you all today even though you left me in major. LOL. Dylan

Hi Dylan, I quite liked it, something different from the normal that's for sure and not a bad sound at all.... very clean car you got yourself there not many good RA's to be found these days they are getting far and few between. Sorry about Magor catch you at the next meet if you are able to make it accross

I think its great to see someone doing something different and going for the Group A look and i like it! The right car to be doing it on too. Fair play you've taken the "If your going to do it, do it properly" rule under your wing, great work Dylan.

Hi Dylan, i thought i recognised that lovely car . I like that exhaust even though it's a little loud for my old ears . That is one of the nicest RA's i've imported and pretty impossible to replace at a decent price due to our poor old pound
Dave.

Im thinking of getting the TSL group a spec decat pipe, but how louder will it make my car?

Here is the pipeSubaru Impreza WRX/STi Group A spec decat downpipe TSL on eBay, also Exhaust Components, Performance Tuning Parts, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 11-May-09 18:33:33 BST)

Would i be better off with the sports cat from tsl?

Any advice guys

Dylan

One thing to note Dylan, the TSL downpipe in the link narrows to 2.5" where it connects to the centre section. Is your system 2.5 or 3". If it's the one that narrows to 2.5" to mate to the standard centre section that your after, i'll be selling my Hayward and Scott downpipe (which is the same as the one in the link) in a week or two when i fit my 3" downpipe.

Yeah my system is a 2.5" so that would be what im after. But how much louder will my system go? Think the wrc sport cat they got would be better?

It might go a little louder but nothing substantial, mine didn't anyways and i only run with a rear silencer. Yes it would fit your system. I wouldn't bother with the expense of a Cat downpipe as they are still quite restrictive.
