Funny thing I don't think either of us just look at the uniform element , all of her mates say to her "Man in uniform. Handcuffs too "

Not cheap, but bag per buck, try the Polish OKOCIM from Tescos, its 7% and a nice drink, £10 should get you 6x500ml (3ltrs) bottles and you will be nicely done by full time

Never mind if it is in a can or not (ignoring the OP - sorry), cost per ltr is important here (in conjunction with taste obviously!)

The Tesco Stella 330ml deal is a cracker at circa £1.26/ltr compared to Std tesco lager at £1.15/ltr.

I don't like the 330ml cans but this is a saving of circa £0.80/ltr comapred to normal prices - can you really knock that back?

That said, a good offer on Bud will sway me every time....

From your local purchasing bloke.

That reminds me, Bud was on offer at Somerfield the other day. £5 off the usual £10.99 price.

I don't like it though.

Probably because after say 10 pints of this stuff in the local, the bloke comes home and knocks the pan out of the wife - in probably 2 ways - beating first, then sex to make up

Well for those who actually offered advice, and not those out for a snipe (harumph Dave x2), I ended up getting some beer from Morrisons. This wasn't by choice, as per other thread my alternator died on the Pug today

So 2 mile walk down there and saw 20 bottles of Carling for £12.99. One left and it had damaged packaging, so asked at the checkout. "Last one, sorry" was all I got. Well after a natter with the manager they gave me it for a tenner

So budget in tact and some exercise later, I'm sat with a nice cool bottle as we speak.

Et voila

Diamond White isn't a cider, it's an accomplishment, like say, smoking without coughing. Then you realise it's erm... sterilised rubbish and move on to something else...

FFS do NOT buy 12 bottles of the last one.

Do you not read NSR? This thread is roughly average in intellectual terms from a randomly selected sample.

I can't get away with cider anymore, thankfully.

It makes the other half sick, so I stopped drinking it years ago, but now if I try it, I just don't like it anymore. Could probably still manage a few snakebites though.
