I guess they are made out of the 3M stuff and must be available elsewhere for a lot less but so far cannot find them, anyone have any suggestions?

Rob, don't spose you have a pic of a hatch fitted with the OE reversing camera, going to get an aftermarket one but want to see how it looks and where it goes first.

I think I have a cunning/obvious plan for my pebble dashed front end.
When there is a sensible (cost wise) way of armourfend or similar covering for the front of the bonnet and all of the front bumper, I'll get the bonnet & bumper resprayed and at the same time protected with the plastic film.
So I'd be interested in any group buy deals

Will just be getting an after market one for less than £50 to run off my new head unit, should be easy to set up and as simple as switching to aux when in reverse.

Just want to see how and where the OE one sits so I can do something similar.

Ok, well an early start and jobs done, quite a bit of fiddling about with the bracket to get the radio surround to sit flush but apart from that pretty simple.

Not had much of a play yet as did not want to kill the battery but so far I impressed, Bluetooth works well, DVD is excellent, radio is good and nav looks clear and simple with loads of features.

And to top it off its looks like it has always been there, best £300 quid I've spent in a long time!

Next job to source and fit a rear camera and to install a tv aeriel at the same time, once I've had a play I'll report back more on the features.

Since buying the car around 4-6 weeks ago here's my first change -

Very pleased with it, picture is very good although on pics taken this morning the sun is shining and fading the view (yes it sometimes is sunny in Sctoland lol).

Obviously I got the car from a very good previous owner

Hope you guys like my first change......

I have decided to get my wheels re-furbed, as one has a small curb damage and the others are starting to lift around the centre caps.
They are going to be the same colour as they come in on the 330S or as near as possible to the Lustric Silver known as Black Chrome by the company that is going to do the job.
The question is do i have them Black Chromed in the back of the wheel or just leave them Black?

Few pics of the weekends work, and the first few mods to the scooby. Alloys have been repainted anthracite, and the silver side badges replaced, along with zune sport upper and lower mesh grilles.

Only thing I'm undecided on is if the zune sports grilles should have been black rather than than silver.

Cars looking good and yep agree the mesh should have been black, was unsure aswell when I got mine and opted for black, sure you can get them stove enameled for £20.

Wheel colour against the red looks ace.
