With 284 pages I'm sure the answer is here, but I can't find it....
I've changed the offside rear fog light for a clear version from Revolution on my wife's 2008 WRX hatch. I fitted a cheap red LED bulb but it's nowhere near bright enough for a fog light.
Any suggestions of a decent, bright, red LED or Silvatec-type bulb that will do a proper job?

I'm gonna be getting white line adjustable front and rear ARBs, a white line anti lift kit, white line drop links ,Eibach springs and a fast road geo set up fitted on my WRXS soon but what I want to know is it worth fitting these at the same time or are they just a gimmick?

Any one fitted them?

Red stripes are like Marmite ......... you either like em or hate em!
I toyed with the idea of red wheels Mark but whet for the white instead
I got my rear clear lens from Litchfields and it came with a clear multi LED lens, they might still have some?

Not sure if Rob's got them yet but here's the link I gave him for purchasing: Cree W21W LED bulbs
I've had them for a few months and they really are as good as the pictures would suggest!
He sells them in pairs so what you want to order is 1 x White with Spot Lens (for your rev light) and 1 x Red with Astigmatism Lens (for your fog light).
The Astigmatism Lens acts as a diffuser so you don't get the very focused beam of the Spot Lens - perfect for fog light. The red is actually red and brighter than the brake lights.
The white with Spot Lens is pretty much like a camera flash in intensity, but constant. Unlike the OEM rev light, you can actually see where you're going in reverse!
Or as another option you could do what I've recently done which is to rewire so that the fog is now a second rev light (better visibility again) and the fogs are now inbuilt into the reflectors. They look identical to the OEM reflectors and still function as such but illuminate bright red at the flick of the rear fog switch.
HTH,
Neil

This option the same as Neil suggest to myself a while back . It's a far better option to go with just not put the pictures up as yet.
