Well after 3.5 years of great motoring its time for the hatch to go, its taken me 6 months to make a final decision and last week I finally did a deal. Have done 25k in that time and apart from mods the car has been cheap to run, services have all been reasonable and I've also changed the oil every 6 months, 1 set of tyres, a set of front pads and just a new battery under warranty.
Had the car mapped by Duncan pretty much straight away as was not confident with any of the OE maps which certainly easied my concerns!
Discounted many options along the way, the main contender was an E92 M3 which I really tried to make work but with my lifestyle and daily school runs the numbers just did not add up, other options I looked at were an RS4, EvoX, S4, MK2 FRS and an RRS, some are great cars but for me all had something about them that put me off, FRS only only being a 4 seater, EvoX just too dated inside and so on!
So, I had no complaints with the hatch which made my decision easier and this Friday I'll be collecting a MY11 320r Saloon in pearl white, it has some great ICE upgrades as its an ex IM car, looking forward to the new toys aswell and the Recaros, already have a pile of stuff to fit and plans on what I need to save up for are already in the making. Looking forward to having a saloon again, would of had another hatch but spending all that money on pretty much the same car as far as my wife is concerned was a no no and would have halted my plans.
Also got what I thought was a great price for my car, obviously its all relative depending on what you pay for a new one but I lost 5.7k in 3.5 years which I'm chuffed with!
Will post some pics up next week.

great news Arron, i am glad you finally made a choice on what you wanted to go for. Get some pictures up straight away. have you managed to take so bits of your hatch to re fit to the saloon?
what plans have you got for it?
also i will be in this position in may and was going to go for a forged build as i love the hatch but as small part of me is contemplating trading the 330 in for a newer 11 plate with all the new revisions and doing it to that instead, hope this is not to rude but would it be possible for you to PM a rough out line of the deal you got, no offence if you would rather not say.
i hope you enjoy the new car as much as your old hatch

Cheers Stevie, rest assured pics will be up when I've collected and cleaned!
And yes have spent the last week stripping the hatch, some to move on to the new one and some to sell to fund parts for the new one.
Plans are prob the HT lower skirt kit and poss a black roof, also thinking an exhaust from the US rather than uk if I don't go for the 340 upgrade, still researching that though!
Will pm you on tbs other point.

The white wheels are for winter time only (unfortunately like 7-8 month/year)...
Regarding the camber, the alignement was made for my regular summer wheels who's about 1,5 inch wider and a offset of 35 instead of the ET55 for the white wheels above. I think this causes the more aggressive camber as well as the iPhone camera

Right then guys I attended a rolling road day at Surrey Rolling Road which was organised through Piston Heads. Met some really great people and saw some nice cars too. Any how here are the graphs that i was given and I was hoping some people in the know could take a look and see if there was anything I should be concerned with. Charlie did mention it was running little rich but gather that is just a Subaru thing to compensate for the engines going pop.
any how it made 335 bhp (not sure of the torque) not bad for a relatively standard 330s, just a pro r panel filter and Hayward and Scott back box, here are the graphs

335 bhp looks like 360ft/lbs torque
did you get the afr graph too mate ??
starts to tail off the boost quicker than I'd imagine
