You just need to make sure it has the forged bits that it says it has.
The prices for the aftermarket bits are very low in today's terms. And low enough even going back 5yrs ago so would take it all with a pinch of salt.
you would be able to see if it has an MLS fitted as the tab will be visible and with usually either say RCM or cosworth on them if the build was done years back
320bhp with fmic etc is low number given it's 325bhp standard

thats my only issue not sure what am I’m really looking for with it being forged and with it not having invoices

Fitted my new exhaust on Friday. I was never really a fan of single exits on the hatch but they slowly grew on me. I have a Fujitsubo cover on order to fill the void on the other side.
