You can see it on the top LH of the pic, the small square metal box with the plug either side just above the air filter, mine has the map sensor bracket removed it normally lives behind the black bracket. I have mounted mine with the plugs vertical but think they are normally horizontal.

I do not have seat belt stalks, they were sold with the seats.
I take it these are the brackets you want?

The front bumper is scratched, scuffed and cut for a front mount, not sure if its what you want.
