Paranoia? Why? Investors and speculators are gambling on what is one of the developed worlds must have commodities. As they did last year. Rather than posting rubbish, why don't you give is the benefit of your wisdom?

Block major connecting roads so the tankers cant leave the station, or rolling block the m25, and the price will fall soon enough!

If it's the base cost of the fuel which is going up, I can't see what that will achieve. Although I do agree with the fact that slowing the M25 would get attention. It will also cost the economy millions: so if it isn't achieving much, is it really worth doing?

Exactly. But how would the M25 affect the oil companies? The only way to get to them would be to boycott fuel, and we all know that isn't going to happen.

60p a Litre for 98 Ron

Sorry that should read Aus$1.20, it was $0.98 a few months back, if it's any consolation, it's up and down down here as well.

Serious question, when did the government put the price of fuel down. Other than holding off yet another duty increase for a while what have they done in the last year or so to affect the price of petrol in either direction?

Isnt the price of a gallon of fuel something like 70 percent tax?

Why cant this be lowered?

Cos we have to pay for the gold plated pensions and moat cleaning somehow!
