IYSWIM, maybe not then.....

I typed Desk Bound, as in sat on their **** at a desk job all day; Quite an obvious figure of speech. Tapping away at a computer terminal all day, driving everywhere, and then vegetating infront of the TV at home afterwards. That being IMO, a prevalent British epidemic.

Or am I to assume the majority of desk jobbers cannot avoid doing so, and cannot find some sort of activty to keep their body working properly? Cut and dry, indeed. Of course water intake has a passive link with what essentially is an issue with lifestyle habits, but solely drinking more than what is needed alone isn't going to fix that; Otherwise if that really was the case weee'd all be doing it, and Nike will see a large drop is sales of XXL sized sportsware.

Ali, your last post bears no relevance to what I said.

I'll say it again. It isn't as cut and dried as you first made out for thousands of people that aren't on your thought radar.

Getting out and about and more physically active changes metabolic rates and hydration levels drastically.

...And my point applies to the majority that aren't on your thought radar
