At the moment I have sky upstairs and VM XL downstairs with 10meg VM BB. I HATE Virgins Broadband! It took them over a week after I got my wireless router and cable modem to turn me on. I has a mind of its own, despite them replacing both devices, me spending HOURS on the phone to India and Customer Services, its still the same. Ive had engineers out 4 times at no charge so it goes to show that they can't think its any of my 3 computers I have - its their equipment/service thats pants. I've given up calling them when it goes down - it normally comes back on in 12 hours.

I had sky BB for 3 years before I moved here - NEVER had one problem.

Im moving into my new house in a month - needless to say Virgin can take their BB and stick it... I'll be going back to SKY full time!

I quite clearly said a mate, I'm a fully paid up XL TV member thank you.

Had Sky, hated getting ripped off for a lot less functionality than is available with Virgins on demand system.

I know mate, but it takes one person to spend sometime looking you up and they could warrant an inspection of VM equipment at your home. Refuse and service is turned off ... I know its unlikely but ..
