While I was in Japan I went to Ueno Park where the eternal flame is 
The flame was taken from Hiroshima by a survivor and took it to Tokyo where it still burns.

They ain't gonna launch a pre-emptive strike, what would be their motivation? They would know that their regime would be destroyed.
The real worry is who they sell the technology to.

Not even China could defend that position. I think they would countenance action against them, though not nuclear for obvious reasons.
They ain't gonna launch a pre-emptive strike, what would be their motivation? They would know that their regime would be destroyed.
The real worry is who they sell the technology to.
