, unfortunately out of the 100's of transactions I have made on the internet the only 2 times I have been scammed have both been from the leeds area. And being the tight git I am it has made me a little wary of getting my fingers burnt again.
And for what it's worth they could have been white black or asian for All I know

Its not me, either I'm being framed or someone is simply using a similar name to me. I have never ever ripped anyone off. Please check all of my past threads, people either get there good or If I cant provide then their money is returned.
I am confused to death as to who, why where and how this is pointing towards me.
The minute I got a sniff that someone has got scammed and using my name etc.... I did the best thing, bank has been informed and police too. The police arent exactly going to take any action, but the complaint has been logged. I'm doing my best to clear this mess up....its not me!

Decided that I cant even talk to people from that area now, might steal my keyboard, or ID, or my fingers. Cant trust them, nope you just cant trust them :-)

Sorry Harry007, your right. I have mistaken you for someone that scams people, that was wrong. You do actually supply the parts, there just 5hite fitting rubbish.

So If I list a part in the future, I can assume neither SBK or KOT will not be interested as I am from "that part of England". Even though I have never ripped anyone off, talk about tarring everyone with the same brush!
Tarring everyone with the same brush works both ways and my experience's with white people have not been favourable but that does not mean I see every white person in the same light. A little of thought and impartiallity would be nice before you make posts of this nature.

Honestly, on every forum and on Ebay, EVERY time someone gets ripped off it's by a Pakistani isn't it?
Anyone who has tried to sell phones or other decent good on Ebay will back me up on this too.
Considering that they form a small percentage of the population the amount of scams/rip-offs that are by them is MASSIVE.
If all things were even then you would never hear of them scamming/ripping people off because there are so few of them compared to other nationalities. The fact you ALWAYS here of it shows just how many of them are scamming.

No mate - look you aren't doing yourself any favours here. I have read through all that has been posted, I have contact details for someone who uses one of the email addresses which has been drawn into this.
I have PM'd Harry007 - to give him the chance to confirm some of his personal details back to me I have asked for his house number and last 3 digits from his mobile number - if they match what I have then I ain't posting up anything. If they dont match then I will be happy to let you have the details.
Please understand there is a suggestion of ID theft here, I am not going to make matters worse for someone by handing out their personal details, certainly not to someone who has a post count barely out of single figures. You should understand this, it was your transactions with a person with a low post count that got you into this mess.

I was pointing that at harry007 as a bit of a joke, didn't mean to get you (tarmac) in a knot, my bad. I agree that defaming people without any evidence is not warranted.

I got shafted on here by kbru247, I agreed to buy some STI pedals from him for £70, sent him a cheque and that was the last I saw of my hard earned pennies!!!! several e-mails later and his final reply was must be lost in xmas post! W***er

Until harry007 can somehow prove he isn't the scammer then his word on here has to be taken with a pinch of salt.

The burden of proof goes the other way, we could all just as easily say "Spoon is the guy, prove otherwise!".
I'm not sure that there is any way that someone can prove that they are not someone else, maybe a photo ID showing the name is different. If the names are the same the only way to prove it would be to have someone go with him to the bank in question and compare signatures between his ID and the bank account. Even that is not concrete and would require everyones consent.

I'm hoping that if I can get an address/phone number he will realize the jig is up and just return my funds. Otherwise form a posse! I've always want to travel to Solihull anyway!
