Lin, do you want to cancel the Saturday session, seems silly to waste the guys time on just me, I'm sure you'll do another session which I can attend

I now have 2 dates for the Diving..New date to be arranged instead of Sat 15th
Tuesday 18th August to be at centre for 7pm
£12 per Person - If you could get the money to me and then I can book you in and give you the relevant medical form which is to be completed prior to the course.
Expect to be here for at least two hours. Need to bring: Completed Medical Form, swimming costumes/shorts (Please --- no Speedos
), towel & a T Shirt to wear in the pool. All equipment provided.Should you then wish to go on to book a course as a special offer £20 will be deducted from full course fee.
Please let me know which you would prefer if you can't do either I am sure we can sort out another date. If you have any other questions just let me know!

Can i tell a little white lie on the form? Although technically not even lieing. I couldn't get hold of the doc to sign the form re blood pressure. Although the form says high blood pressure and medication for it. I have neither now.
The person at the pool did say that i should get it signed though for if i wanted to do a full course.
