Loving all the strange part-ex offers via the P/H ad, despite saying no to part-ex I could now be the lucky owner of a Xsara VTS with NOS!

I really like this car, the only thing putting me off is the high mileage. I owned a mica red but unfortunately wrote it off, as far as I am concerned it is by far the best colour! Free BTTT. Hope you sell it

Cheers for the comments.
100% no issues ever with the engine, its solid, very well looked after and just been serviced at Zen. I reckon it will last past 140,000 miles.

The new owner loves it, Im not surprised as it was a fantastic car.
My tip to all those sellings their Impreza's is use Autotrader, I only had it on there for 1 week and got loads of phone calls and the eventual buyer. Pistonheads was rubbish just loads of emails with odd part ex's and low offers, and no serious enquiries from here either.

I am the proud new owner of this beauty and am more then happy with my purchase.
Its my 1st venture into the world of Subaru's and am very impressed so far.
I will be making a few changes like upgrading the rear brakes as imho they look too small so maybe the godspeed 290mm upgrade or maybe bigger if I can afford it.
I am also going to look into taking the suspension set up further, I am more then happy with the spring and shock set up but may go further with the bracing etc.
