If you log out it is much much quicker.
It's probably the CIA logging everything we do when logged in
OK - So you can't reply to stuff - but to be honest that's not much of an issue nowadays

You wear the badge very well indeed ..... congratulations - now, I've got places to go - you finish that homework you told your mum you were doing on the PC rather than posting or you will get told off!

Places to go, ok then, I'll see you on here when you decide to come back and 'dance' for us again. Unless you're not actually going anywhere

I don't usually have issues with the site speed, however it's slow as molasses in January, however as I don't have an interest in dogs, watches or slagging people off it doesn't really matter.
Oh, and before the inevitable "why post if you don't like things", I posted the comment for the benefit of the webteam, to provide more feedback!

Just as an experiment I've posted this with a time stamp to see when it is published and when other people can reply.
Timestamp 21:26 in the year of our lord 1744 Month of June day 28
So can you let me know when you get this a bit later, as I am just off to see some bitch called Catherine II being brainwashed into the catholic church

I used the Firefox web dev stuff and IE Web Dev Helper add-ins to see what was going on, seems the site stalls on a few of those ads which is slowing the whole thing down.
Not affecting SNet only, seems to be a regular thing on other sites with lots of banner ads

Slowbynet is slower than a gummy, 1 eyed short sighted granny, with her stockings round her ankles, and her bewbies round her knees, using a zimmer, in a race with a tortoise
