Brass restrictor pill
#32
when using a 2 port solenoid...
VF24 and 28 that came on V4-6 sti uses a 0.8mm restrictor.
VF35 on newage Sti is 0.9mm
TD04 is 1.2mm.
Not sure on PPP restrictor, I think it's 1mm though.
1mm restrictor works best in most cases, the 0.8 can lead to some overboost, 0.9mm standard setup on a v8 sti is fine and best left alone. From new, VF turbos come with the pipe and restrictor pill supplied.

This would kind of work, but to be honest I would go down the Mig Welding tip route. The brass retrictor pill is just that of a Mig welding tip. These available everywhere, ie B&Q, Engineer work shops etc. Grab a few sizes and if you have a boost gauge go out for a run untill you hit the boost that you ought to be running at.
