I like a hot source now and then, actually I like sauces in general, but the Dave Temp Insanity is the hottest I have tried to date, I might go get the Ultimate Insanity Sauce later on and give that a whirl.

My sauce store cupboard..

Also, anyone really into there Balsamic Vinegars?

We have just finished off a quality one we got from Tescos, can't remember or pronounce the name, but it was £17 for 300ml, but the nicest Balsamic I have ever tried, that went on everything, butties, salads the lot

I've got a bottle of Wanza's, tasty but more than 1 drop is messy!
I assume if they say 2000000 SHU, it is per ml? per drop? per bottle?

Apparently blair himself put a pin head sized portion of his 16 million on his tongue, he was out cold for 4 hours.

I recently went to a bbq where everyone bought out their sauces I thought my daves ultimate insanity sauce was hot but I tried some blairs jersy death sauce and nearly had a stroke I took nearly 2 pints of milk to douse the flames

Ah jersey death, that'll be the old name for ultra death, if you look at the bottom of mine it says fuelled by jersey fire.

Beauty isn't she, i can just about take it neat btw.

What i love about it, it starts off really mild so most say it's not much cop, 30 seconds later they feel a twang in their mouth and off it goes.

Picked up some of daves "normal" insantiy sauce in asda and we gave it a bit of a test last friday with a chilli.

The missus tasted some neat, and declared it the hottest thing ever, one of my staff also tried some and had his tongue under the tap

OK, its is supposed to be hot.

Explain to the missus that 1 drop/splodge should be enough for the chilli, she adds it, then a few moments later comes in to give me a test, tbh it was weak, so we added another one, added a bit more heat but i have had hotter, she served the plates up with 2 drops/splodge, leaving the bottle on the table for me if i want some extra heat.

So i splodged some on the plate, looked at it, and then chucked it down "neat"

Yeah it had a bit of a kick to it considering the size of the serving, but it was not as hot as some of the evil sauces i have had in the past.

Maybe we should have got the other insanity one, although asda only sold the normal version.

Jesus! Was that your first time using that sauce? That must of blown your ***** off. When I first tried it, I used a fraction of that amount and still felt like I had a nose bleed.

1st time using the temporary insanity sauce yeah

TBH its not that bad and once the initial hit is gone, the after tingles are lovely

I have made a sarnie to eat for my dinner today

Taking my time with it, have about 3 mouthfulls left
Dont think i would do this with the "normal" daves sauce though.
