Sorry to hear about your loss. Hope they find the car and the scum who nicked it soon. Best advice I can give is to get a house alarm. We were broken into and got an alarm fitted and have not been broken into since. That was 15 months ago!

I heard from a reliable source that they are not illegal to use, but if you fry the thief then you could be in trouble.
