So do I!
I have a new rod to try too!
I'm sure the wind will drop and we can pull out record breaking fish.
I still need my first skate. And my first cod. A little early for cod I know, but there are a few reports of them showing so won't be long

TOPE FISHING
Saturday 29th August
Well guy's been waiting a long time for this , but after speaking with Rob today , the time has come & the tides are right , so it's TOPE hunting time aboard the magical Dawnbreaker 3
Because of the way these beauty's set off once hooked ( Like a steam train !! ) sadly the number of anglers has to be limited to just 8 , so please if you are seriously interested in coming along for this trip , please add your name below & get your £20 deposit to me asap to secure your place
To get to this secret mark , it's a fair way out At least 2 cups of coffee's worth the boat will be using lots of diesel , so for this trip only the hire of the boat , skipper , rods & tackle if reqd , And tea & coffee all day long will be £500 , as mentioned above 8 anglers only , so you are looking @ £62.50 Each for this trip
Here's a few pics of Top that have hit the decks of Dawnbreaker recently
Who's coming out after the TOPE then ..?
1. Tiny
2. ESB30
3. Jon700
4.Nat
5. Mark_B4
6. Paul - YVM
7. Peter - YVM
8.
Other fish will also be @ this mark , including big Bass , Roker & Smooth hounds

I had hoped to get out on Jimbo's boat before this, to try out the 'Sea Legs' tablets and wristbands. Due to the weather this was not possible.
Just looked at the windguru site and it looks like being as windy on Sat as last time.
Whilst i'm sure I would enjoy this if I felt OK, i'm sorry i'm not prepared to risk either me feeling like I did last time or you guys having to come in early because i'm not well. So for this time I'll have to decline the opportunity.

I must admit I hope my 'Sea legs' hold up, taking some serious tablets just incase the wrist bands fail me

If the Bass are there it will be rude not to , Rob will decide on the day , Bass / Tope , Weather / Tide dependent , though he did say cost will be worked accordingly if not Toping , 50 quid each 7 anglers sounds like a fair day out to me
