I've never quite "got" Sandbanks as an ideal place to live. Race-track one way system, constant stream of ferry traffic ogling your property, nothing really spectacular about the view compared to what you can find elsewhere in the UK. Dunno, maybe i'm missing something? It's better than where i live though, granted!

Beautiful area , my gparents kept a dinghy around those parts and weve still got pics of my mum learning to sail there

and i,ve sailed it when the sandbank that runs across from Daymer Bay kicked up an insane wave
