I would magic up a global infrastructure of transport booths, like in futurama - step in dial 'NY, 5th and lex' and poof, i'd be there

Yes, you could start behaving rationally, thinking logically, develop a more relaxed attitude, adjust your priorities and massively alter your libido. Once you realise that shoes, handbags, Coronation Street and Katie & Peter aren't actually important, that beer is the most delicious and nutritious of all the food groups, that sex is a thrice daily requirement and the opposite sex are all* fair game you may consider yourself male for the day.
* excluding most over 50's, many over 40's, all under 16 (or so
