Not too sure what you guys were expecting, but I think you're begining to realise what you've let yourselves in for!!! 
If dry it will be VERY dusty
If wet it will be VERY muddy
Either way I wouldn't recommend white jeans (Tiny)
It is a field or rather two fields - one with a race track (a dirt track) one for the tents.
Anything more than that will be a bonus!!
This comes from someone who has been grasstracking on & off for 20+ years..!!!

Tiny has any decision been made with regard's to the food ie fri night sat am would you rather we bought our own it's just we need to know because we are away mon-thurs evening so won't be checking in from this sunday
