^^^ Nice

Tried on a Submariner a few weeks ago, but just was'nt convinced enough to part with the cash. Ideally want a Daytona, only trouble is I fancy the white gold one, and its a little out of my price range

Its an argument I used to have alot with friends and its an argument that will continue because some people dont understand the idea of expensive wacthes.

I was fortunate enough to get a 16610 Sub for my 18th birthday and its been the only watch I have had on my wrist for the passed 6 and a half years.

Awesome GMT Alan.

If you have the patience to scroll back through this thread, then you'll see a few pages of that very same argument...

Now that's a cool present! Nice to see it being worn too. I have no plans for it to come off my wrist too, so my lad will probably get my Omega... if I can trust him.

I am mate. It's not been off my wrist yet.
Still impressed at the build quality. Compared against my Omega it really is in a different league.

As I travel, the GMT function and the simple way to move only the hour hand has been useful.

It looks fantastic too. I was concerned at the bling factor ahead of buying it as I'm not into jewellery (shiny or otherwise), but I think it's firmly the right side of tasteful and doesn't shout about its presence.

I've not seen many others either. Subs yes, but only one other GMT, and that was the yellow gold version.....

All in all, I couldn't be happier. I've only had positive replies so far and nothing negative. Only those who are ' watch aware' have noticed, which is fine by me.
