Yeah, a set of OEM Brembos from a New Age STi for not too much cost should fit the bill.

Your OEM 4-pots are okay... but certainly not the last word in fab brakes for the Classic.

Yeah those Rota alloys are well cool - digging the rally white.

They are virtually the same style as the pukka Prodrive "P-WRC1" (nee "P1") alloys - as fitted to the P1 as standard. Cool...

True admirer of the wrc1 wheel. Nice car bud and well done for holding out and buying yourself a beaut.

Joz - did you but a set of v3/4 heads or not?

Alot of ppl said that white wheels on a white car wouldnt work, but I think those ppl are wrong!

They're Rota's and I got them without tyres on... they weigh absolutely nothing! Less un-sprung weight is a bonus!

You've not been online for e while.

No, I won't be doing that until - or IF! - I get 'bored' of 350bhp (the next round of mods). I just wanted to put the groundwork in re. all the info on STi v.3/4 hreads first.

BTW, thanks for all the info in my "heads" thread and the link to that really useful thread with all the good info in it. I'm now much more gen'd up on 'em.

Baly, do you know if there is any conversion buckets and/or aftermarket heads that allow you to run shimless but still flow north of c.450bhp. I understand that it's possible the shims can flick out at high rpm(?)

I'm so in love with this car, words dont describe how I feel about it... its true love, lol

And just to add, I will not be altering this car in the slightest from absolutely standard. I'm going to keep it as mint now as it will be for what I hope is a very long life.

Very nice mate! When you going to take me out for a burn in it then??? As for not modifying....Yeah Yeah!

Cor blimey, hello stranger!
I know I'm terrible when it comes to spending on my cars... but this 1 is pretty much perfect as it is and I dont want to ruin it by modding it too much.

I need big brakes and nothing else... shes perfect as is - I am very much in love with it

I'll take you for a spin whenever mate, I'll give you a shout over the weekend
