All but Liquid Child are more commercial house/hard house IMHO - great choons in their own right, but not what I would consider Trance. I have to say thanks though as it reminded me of this track, which I haven't heard for ages & no longer have the 12"

Anyone remember or have a link to song that i think was possibly called cocaine. It had the line in it saying " columbia's amazon basin is worlds production center " or along those lines?

I see a lot of old skool on here and although I personally prefer old skool, it isn't trance!

My 2 tracks for consideration....

Quench - Dreams YouTube - Quench - Dreams

Floribunda YouTube - Mothers Pride - Floribunda (Big C Remix)

Always liked this one too & quite a crowd pleaser:

System F - Cry

Glad I reconnected some peeps on this thread with the Conductor track, was a fave of mine to drop towards the end of a set. I have it on the Fantasia Aural Pleasure double 12" EP.

I dragged out my box of choons & started to go through them, here are a few of the best that used to have the room rockin' back in teh day for me:

Kaycee - The Escape (Signum remix) - my favourite version
Monorian - falling - can't find this on youtube unfortunately.
Alya - "Alya" - DJ Taucher remix - fecking awesome!
Aurora - Ordinary World (a bit more housey, but very nice trancy break)
Sureal - You take my breath away (Lange mix)
Atlantis vs. Avatar feat.Miriam Stockley - Fiji (Lange Remix)
York - Farewell to the moon (extended mix) - not my fave mix, but the closest I could fond on the net, I prefer the Watergate Mix]
Moonman - Galaxia (sexual! )
How could I forget this! - Freefall Ft. Jan Johnston - Skydive

Hope that gives you some inspiration

Thanks for the well wishes guys.

Bit of a spanner in the works as the bar is in the process of being taken over at the min. Hasn't been open since Saturday night, so fingers crossed the solicitors dealing with it pull their fingers out otherwise my night won't be

Thats a shame, I have my fingers crossed that it gets sorted out for you fella. I'd love to do a trance night, so many good choons suggested here & lots of records in my box gathering dust

Same here. Just some nasty legal stuff I've found out, so neither the current owner or new owner are allowed on the premises until it's sorted. And the manageress who I have a good relationship with is threatening to quit as she isn'y getting paid anything, so understandable really.

Default It happens once every so often...

And this is no exception.

Fooook
YouTube - Ian Brown - F.E.A.R. (Re Locate Bootleg)

What a choon, what a F*CKING REMIX!!!!

By the way, all is good for Friday now. I've spoken to the manageress and the legalities are being sorted via a high court in London (very complicated).
