Matt it was my front passenger side to,what they did was reverse out of the workshop and on driving forward clipped the drain which is lower than the dropped kerb on the entrance/exit from the workshop take a look when you are there next.Sure it has happened to more cars than ours.

I have used stan palmer to get a replacement service book when I first bought my car as it was sourced by them before being brough over from Ireland.
They couldnt even tell me when it was service by them even though Im assuming they did before offereing it before selling it to the 1st UK owner. even when they took payment for the booklet which cost me £12 inc p&p they were quite unpolite. It even has their sticker in the rear window which Im gonna remove as Im not gonna give them free advertising when they dont deserve it!

Then I made a list of parts I thought I needed to change and rang CvC spoke to colin on the parts desk he was very polite he seemed like a older gentleman on the phone I dont really know if he is I havent met him face to face but was very profesionaland spent about 15 mins quoting me the parts which I really apreciated!

Then myself and the mrs went to cardiff to buy her puma upon the way back I popped into CvC to enquire about fitment issues of 18 inch wheels on a classic scooby I spoke to a younger lad who was approx between 22-30 and tbh he was a utter **** full of attitude and didnt want to know I also enquired about a Maf sensor as I thought mine was playing up and I had an mot approaching he more or less said They couldnt get one untill august and that I should join the queue.
Needless to say this bad service out shadowed colins good service and if I had to deal with them I would only deal with colin!

I cant comment on Keith Price but I will definately give them a go if the need arrises!
This is my experiences with subaru dealers and they should read this and wonder why sales of subarus have fallen dramatically the credit crunch can only be used as a excuse for so much but surely poor customer service puts people off returning aswell!
