Guys, what a result!!!
Had a fantastic weekend, you 5 drove brilliantly, and the car looked so well setup, it was as if someone had done it before

You all put so much effort into the weekend, and I know there was tonnes to sort out, including the full blown catering vans, gay-ze-bo's and loads of other stuff!!

We shouldn't have bothered bringing our cooker as it made us sit around our tent's and not really get involved, so apologies for that, but we all had a great time and can't wait for next year!

If there is another team for next year, I would definately like to be involved, it looked so much fun...........especially beating all the MLR and, most importantly, the Budge

I`d help as much as possible after you helped us out. We could do with some real competition eh budgie
I would help with the set up it`s not like you are going to need me to come and work the spanners for you LOL.
If you are serious about taking part get your interest submitted to Phil if you have`nt already because places will go quick this time.

Just found a third reason why we won't forget last weekend - EVER

1) We won the MLR 500 - for those of you who didn't know.....

2) Our first weekend away with the ESC - and won't be the last!!

3) Our daughter discovered ALCHOL..........

We have just found this out after a rather candid conversation!!

No Mark / Yvette - it was on the Saturday night when we were being responsible parents - not on the Friday!

Oh well, I guess it had to happen sometime!!

At least she can probably spell it!

Had to laugh when I read part of Sophie's comment on Facebook on Sunday - "BEN, way too many ciders"

Who needs enemies?

I considered it - but really think I would waste soooo much more time.

Instead she has all my friends as her friends & they tell me what she's been up to..................!

This car is amazing rolled it off the transporter. Touched the key and the sweet sound of 1600cc`s of undiluted power burst into life immediatly.
With a bit of pulling pushing and gentle persuasion to restore it`s good looks. I`m sure it will do another 3 hours of being ragged around a track.
Thanks Steve and Lin for returning the beast to it`s lair.

That car really is quiet remarkable.

Perhaps we could discuss some 'options' for next year on Mon?

I've got a 5" back box in the garage if you want to weld it on the exhaust - a bit more of the Scooby touch!
