I'm on 10Mb and pay £25 per month. On their website, even after the 3 month introductory period, 10Mb is £20. This is for new customers only.
I thought companies stopped this bull**** a few years ago when they realised how annoyed existing customers would be when they have to pay more than new customers?! Absolutely shocking customer service

I was also paying £25 for 10Mb, and now I'm paying £28 for 50Mb (well, I'm not cus it wont be installed for a while so I've gone to 20Mb in the meanwhile) - they just haven't uodated the prices on the existing customer section of the website yet... call them on 150 (if you have VM phone) and they'll give you the correct prices.

ok finally got it sorted - the confusion was over the fact they didnt realise I was dropping all the other crud they gave me that I didnt actually want but justified a bigger loyalty discount. Once I confirmed I was dropping the crud and the current discount, lo and behold I got the 39 quid price for the 50MB + phone line.
