Did you fold up the Tea Towel & get the Vinegar to soak in?
Also Close the Recirculating switch on the Air Flow.
The Towel takes care of the Vinegar smells the next day.
Then re open the outside air circulater.
Trust me it does work.
Maybe if the TT'S weren't soaked up with the Vinegar that explains it.
If you haven't, don't worry, within a couple of days the Vinegar smell Will go & the other smells WON'T return.

Well what I did I soaked the tea towel in the vinegar(whole bottle) and left it in the casserole dish in front of the front seat on the floor closed the vent so that the air stays in left it overnight removed it in the morning put heaters on and drove with windows down all day stunk of vinegar so did i by time i got 2 work lol
it just wouldnt go so putthe air fresheners in and they havent worked either lol
Got rid of the other smells though so im thankful to you for that mate.
