did you cut out and join were the hole was for the dump valve in the ic pipe

No mate on fitting mine was pre-welded incorporating the Simtek temp sensor, on yours you could use a clamped bit of samco with a pipe bung.

Don't forget these guys are running no dump valve at all. If you run the recirc you'll get the woosh through the IK first then a small amount of chatter. By not having the recirc you'll get more pressure backing up against the turbo blades which will give a louder chatter (which is really turbo stall). Just blank off the vacum to the top of the vta dv to start with to see if it changes the amount of chatter you get.

i get loads of chatter as it is its the noise before that ,that doesnt sound like anyone elses i get the noise then chatter i carnt explain it really

but aint all that pressure gona do some damage cause it has no were to go but back,also wouldnt that mess with the maf thus giving it wrong readings

Can get a new vta dv for about £35 from ebay, and tbh you can get aftermarket recirc dv for about £30 on there, better bet than a standard one imo. should be a little more responsive. Guess a standard dv would cost about £15 from a breakers so call it £10. Up to you.

do i need extra pipes to fit this ie going to the air intake,so what sort of deal u looking for will have to change at the same time i guess
