i must give off that vibe,never had anyone chat to me about the car etc,have seen people looking at it but since i probably look like a moody git they dont chat,which is good i guess

saying that though, I have had a set of crystal lights ripped from my previous classic, along with the grill and sidelights all stolen. My current classic ive had my wingmirrors ripped off and stolen at the beginning of the year. I dont live in a rough area, and ive parked my other cars on my drive which have included 3 Evo's a newage scoob, Audi, and a Focus RS. always had problems with parts getting stolen from my classics. Now I have to park the scoob in the garage and takes me a extra 10mins getting the car out for work in the morning!!!

sounds like they were genuinely intrested in the car,but you never know, my missus used to drive ours all the time, the only thing really i can say is make sure you were'nt followed on your home journey

My advice - take some not-too-subtle pictures of their ugly mugs for safe-keeping (and passing on to Old Bill if the need arises). Genuine admirers shouldn't care, and less savoury characters should take the hint.
