I don't think he was saying that he goes out of the way to run over stray dogs, just not to be overly concerned about such things. */ (I mean stray dogs specifically)Then again, running a human over repeatedly for doing so wouldn't be odd at all
*Every time I run something over that could be a pet, I stop and check etc. in case any animal rights peeps get all weird about things, pmsl!
The problem is people dont control their animals enough, and people tend to drive too fast in built up areas......

As human beings we all have a duty of care not just to each other but to all creatures lower than ourselves. If i can help in any way then i will.
