The 22B was a limited edition of 400 cars.

How many were Actually produced ?
and who was owns/owned 22B's with number 000 ?

Only 399 were built (just what I read anyway)for sale to the domestic market plus another 25 were made for overseas markets so 424 actually produced.
There are three cars known to have been issued with the 000 number, belonging to Dave Richards of Prodrive, Colin McRae (RIP) and Nicky Grist. Colin and Nicky both purchased their cars directly from Subaru for an undisclosed sum.

Had to look this up, and according to 22B.com its curb weight is 2857 pound.
If I'm right...let someone else suggest the next question as I'm off out and wouldn't want to stall (so to speak) the Quiz.

22b was 1,270kg and it was a Swallow not any type of Sparrow at all.

what type of swallow, African or European ? (25mph for the record).

early 'original' STI RA's weighed as little as 1200kg and was 275bhp

the origianl WRX RA was 240bhp and weighed 1170kg
