when is the tunnel run and what is it? go through liverpool tunnel?
I am in Gwersyllt, Wrexham and interested as I joined a midlands convoy for McRae gathering at Chester.
You have day at Blackpool then come home or stay therea night?
I know of the P1 - thinik you mean. RSD

The people who normally meet once a month for it, are going up to Blackpool together.

Basically its a meet up in Blackpool with 100+ scoobies for a charity event for Alder Hey hospital. We are meeting at Scoobyteknix with a few meet points on the way.
Most of the Wrexham bunch, including myself are meeting at Burtonwood Services, SATNAV : WA5 3AX, which is approx 30 mins from Wrexham. We then go from there to meet up at Charnock Richards on the M6 then onto Scoobyteknix. Spend a couple of hours there then all 100+ cars run through the illuminations, which takes a few hours making as much noise as possible to entertain the locals. Finally we all stop for a chat on the other end (fairground side) and go home at night.
Absolutely amazing day out!!

At least you didn't lose the wife & kids
They got out after we passed the tower to answer the call of nature& I pulled in to the next side road - turned around & parked up ready to join the prom again.
They disappeared - my wife left her mobile in the car
I waited 20 mins then got a call from my wife from a hotel 1/4 mile down the prom
So the last part of the run I was billy no-mates
Nevertheless - a great day out
Well done to everyone who organised this
