Dude
Yes it is but unless you come through me its very doubtful that you will get trade discount, or you know someone who works there! if you go to a normal VAG dealer, you WILL NOT get any discount! as they have been instructed not to give anything away
Guys
If you want a decent oil, you must always remember that its always best to choose a good quality make such as Shell, Castrol and a few others as these own their own Drilling platforms around the world, and the likes of Motul, Valveline, Comma etc dont

Is this oil not VAG specific, designed for VAG vehicles?

Not really relevant to oil for performance cars, or any cars. In fact you don't want an oil that has come out of the ground, you want a proper lab made synthetic. I think most of you guys who have used Motul, Silkolene, Millers, Redline and Gulf can confirm that their oils are very good, despite being lab made.

Thats what i thought but looked through the service history and it has alway had 15/50 - do you think i should change it to 5-30?
I would certainly consider a 5w-40 if driven hard but 15w-50 should not harm it, just going against the handbook for no particular reason unless it's heavily modded?
