I'm not a hater myself, but after dinging four rims getting a "wee" bit of air up in Keilder forest....
It is still a "look" for the street rather than a performance upgrade.
Still Sweet Dude
dunx
P.S. Been there, had them to the powder coaters.... twice !

Needs an alignment.
Looks great though, could go a tad lower
Theres a good argument for streched tyres on nasioc, teams run stretched tyres in time attack all season.

Not a fan of the Euro stretched look at all, Always reminds me of wheel trims that are about to pop off
Camber looks suspect on the front ....
The wheels themselves are Nice & so is the car, With some proper fitting rubber , They would be the Bee'z Knee'z

Each to their own, Im not sure anyone, Well maybe a couple, Are slating, it's just there opinion, at the end of the day this forum should be about the appreciation of all things Subaru You are going for the look you want, Nothing wrong in that ....
Having said that, Some are well Mingin ....
I spent thousands on this to get the look & performance i wanted, Certainly didn't get my Mrs approval ....

Just picked up my aggresive Rotas today Bockett
Not quite as aggresive as yourself though; I've gone for 9" wide with a 38 offset, but 235/40 tyres.
I'll post a teaser pic tomorrow lol.
I haven't put them on yet mind, as I'm wanting to get 2 or 3 coats of wheel wax on first and I'm still waiting for that to turn up. I also had my rear arches rolled to by Revolution in Newcastle, the driver's arch is spot on but sadly the paint on the passenger side arch has split. Not worry though as it's already going into the bodyshop shortly for the front bumper to be part-painted as a couple of stone chips have lead to tennis ball sized areas of missing laquer lol, so the arch will get sorted at the same time.
...need to save my pennies for coilovers next

Thought i'd keep you updated and for those not at the Ace Cafe tonight a chance to see it nearly finished.
Spent most of yesterday getting the arches rolled and then playing around with the fitment to check i had eliminated the rubbing.
So far so good. Added a little more drop today, then had to seal the wheels, clean them and wash the car so been flat out.
Excuse crappy iPhone pics
Haters enjoy

After
Parked on slope hence frontal gappage

I must admit that looks really good but don't know if i could sacrifice handling for looks after all i bought a four wheel drive car because it handles well. On the other hand i have never driven a car with the tires stretched so what do i know lol. Has anyone done this on a classic?????? would'nt mind the wide look but think i would have to go with wider arches and no stretch on the tiresIts nice to be differant though well done
