Well the car is now in my posession 
On the drive back to work decided to 'give it the beans' and the acceleration is brutal, it accelerates past 8500rpm and it has still not run out of steam.
The lack of sound proofing is not a problem and when in 6th gear at 70mph it is no noisier than my WRX.
The exhaust note is far more raspy than any other Impreza that I have heard but there is no burble which might just mean that is has equal length headers but I will have to have a look into that.
I will try and take some pics on my Iphone before I leave work and post them up later.

I had a sad feeling watching you drive her away Ty, i know it's my business to sell but when i search out these cars, personally buy them, clean and prepare them they become 'my cars'. I do hope you are happy with her and look after her, any probs or unhappyness just bring her back.............i really won't mind .
That said i'm glad she's gone to a good home and not to a nutter like the lad who killed my genuine Zerosports demo car in under 5 weeks. Not blown up killed but bent in half around a tree killed

Ok Ok some of us are busy you know 
, but I did not take the pics until 7.15 on my Iphone so apologies for the quality as it was in quite low light

, I have to admit I do miss the burble but it is made up for by the mental engine noise when accelerating.
Im not that keen. Rear spoiler does'nt really suit it IMHO.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion but it's much nicer in the flesh so to speak . It's a genuine STi carbon item that simply must remain with the car, without such items the car will lose it's lustre and value. There is another 202 floating about but is missing the original spoiler, wheels, badges...........irreplaceable items! It's fine to change these bits whilst in a persons ownership but do not loose them

That's the thing with the S2.. models, they're not to everyones tastes, the S201 for example is just wrong, the S202 is a lot better where as the S203/4 are stunning!!!
