Well I do pride myself on the quality Comprehensive school education I recieved. Obviously some people still pay attention in English class while others blame it on dyslexia (or lazy tw@ts disease, as I like to call it)

thanks mate iv got a garage doing a ecu test for me next week to tel me what sort.wel tel me if its been done and what sort.iv seen sum1 on here selling a in car boost control for 2oo pounds would that be a cheap 1 or do fink it would be worth buying?? it says it took his car from 230bhp up to 360bhp.if that the truth it would take mine from from 350 to 480bhp.
it sounds to good to be true to me tho for little money. what you fink mate??

i will take my time with my car iv got plenty i hope.il have a look at the ecu inside thanks see if it got this chip fitted.iv got a company if not to do that.it pays to have a pub with custamers who do superchiping for a living.wel re maping.
now can i have a real answer from sum1,if i was to look for a new ecu what would you sujest i look for??and if i changed it what else is intailed??

You have a few options on ecu's, apexi, simtek (these 2 are fairly cheap with the apexi being the cheapest), solaris (a lot more expensive than the previous 2) hydra, motec etc, but it also depends where you are in the country, Bob Rawle in swindon is a very good mapper, you have Andrew Carr up north in lancs, JGM goes around the country, Andy Forrest up in scotland, Pat Holburn, Paul @ Zen (these are in no particular order btw )

ok nice one mate.il get sum prices.im in essex.i used to live in northants where zen was but i thort they went **** up??
if i get one off here or off say piston heads isit just a case of pluging it in or will it need to go to a tuner to be set up??i must sound abit thick but i would rather no than just doing fings and ****ing it up.lol.cheers for the advice tho it much appreciated.adrian.
