Martin as you're so pro climate change, and man's contribution to it, I assume you don't fly, drive, only eat locally grown produce and live in as green a way as possible?

As someone who works in thr aviation industry and closely with Govt, I know that APD has no impact on air travel, doesn't help the climate one iota, yet does put extra £'s in the treasury coffers.
I do own a car that does 60mpg though.

There was "climate change" in what is now Iraq, some 2000 years BC. How long ago is that Martin? So too with the Moche, in what is now Chillie. No SUV's then Martin. Why did CC happen? Was it AGW/ACC?.

Back from the dead. Apparently Ofcom are to investigate the dodgy gov. ad re. climate change as well as the ASA. In case it's politically motivated. As if, I ask you ....

Go through some of the comments as well. A pointer to Millipede's site at The advert they are trying to ban comes up. Would seem to point to some political angle me thinks ....

Seems like the ASA don't think there is anything to complain about. Seems they reckon the IPCC report is the dog's danglies so we should all shut up!

I think people are fed up of being ripped off in all possible ways by this egregious bunch in control. Everybody is ready to be cynical at the drop of a hat which is hardly surprising when you think about it.
When evidence appears to show that there was collusion and deliberate cooking of the figures, people will jump on it straightaway and who can blame them?
I think it is a big con too!
