R.I.P Tweenie rob! TR RACING

Such tragic news, I was only talking to him the other week... A great man, who always made time for anyone and everyone but just couldnt say no to helping another person out. A sad loss

I did wonder Paul, after seeing what had happened on the GTR register. A sad event, but seemingly not enough to stop forum bell-ends being bell-ends on forums.

The pics on the GTR site are great.
Rob was someone I first met many years ago when he was involved with Scoobs and he was looking into doing something with Scoobs. It didn't work out which was a big benefit to the Skyline community.
He was so passionate about excellence - one here somewhere in the dim and distant - is quite a ruck between Rob and myself about how badly the Scoobs had done at TOTB when I was team captain (he was right).
It wasn't criticism, it was his passion that we should all do our best. It led to a great long running joke between us that I last shared with him at TOTB this year.
He was now among the big boys and was involved in some very fast cars.
A great guy that will be missed by many.
RIP Rob, thank you for the banter on the way

he will be greatly missed by those who knew him well and even those who knew him briefly. i have never met a more geniune outgoing guy. he stopped everything he was doing to check over my car for me and bought my daughter an ice cream to keep her happy lol even tho he didnt know us. he was the type of guy that would do anything for anyone and was always a phone call away whenever we needed advice. a great loss. i still cant believe its true. rest in peace x
