i don't use patches, but i always seem to wake up in a tent in the mornings. very strange

I have been lucky then by the sounds of it.

I suppose it would have something to do with the frame of your mind at the time. I took my patch off earlier and didnt have the dreams for the last two nights. In fact i cant remember anything

Still not smoking though!

Also I agree images of Peter Andre buzzing about while I am asleep, would be more like a nightmare for me too.

What a comforting thought Les. I am up for that, got to be an improvement on Peter Andre

Anyway, on a serious note, i have found giving up smoking has been incredibly easy. Apart from needing two breakfasts in the morning i am not over eating but i have drunk more red wine.
